We stayed one night for a family event in the area. The lobby is beautiful. The room was average-sized, very clean, and comfortable. I was glad for an indoor pool to get some exercise. The desk staff and breakfast server were very nice. Breakfast was continental+ with some hot foods. The breakfast area was clean and roomy. Lots of nearby choices for food, too!

Stayed last weekend with my husband. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. The room was very clean, and the pool area well heated so swimming was comfortable. Great staff as well. I would recommend if visiting the area!

Honestly the nicest Best Western we've been to. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing, friendly and professional. The kids loved the pool, and regular breakfast options are beginning again. Plus, where else can you stay somewhere this nice and bring your pets??? They're family too! I definitely recommend for families, or someone out of town on business who doesn't want to break the bank.

My husband and I had a show there. We enjoyed ourselves as well as the guest that came to enjoy the show🥰 Front desk Staff was really nice and helpful. However, Sad to say they have a cleaning crew come in every other day so you are on your own with keeping your room clean lol and we also.had a hold in our wall but besides that we really enjoyed ourselves.

We lost our power 12/23/22 and decided to go to a hotel. I called Best Western and spoke to Molly even though they no longer had any dog friendly rooms available the manager would accommodate us with 2 adjoining rooms. What a relief. Upon arrival Molly was very busy but offered a welcoming smile she checked us in and off to our rooms. Rooms were very clean and tidy, beds were very comfy. With nothing open due to the storm coffee in the lobby flowed all night long and vending machine snacks was our dinner. The breakfast in the morning was amazing hot and fresh and although they kept running out the manager Cherie informed everyone there was more cooking and would be out shortly. I just hope the upper management at Best Western realize what an asset they have with Cherie she went above and beyond not only working around the clock but making sure every guest was comfortable. With no where to get food due to the blizzard conditions outside she was able to find a restaurant that was willing to take orders and make a delivery and as she contacted each guest organizing orders the restaurant called stating that they lost their delivery guy. She went above and beyond of her job description and did way more than what most people would’ve done. If you’re looking for a friendly staffed hotel with awesome accommodations Best Western on S Transit Rd, Lockport, NY is where you want to be. Cherie I hope you were able to get home on Christmas to spend it with your daughter and husband. You rock and this world needs more people like yourself. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Everything was fine. Breakfast is good. The bathroom is a bit small but clean. Clean room n comfy bed. Many restaurants nearby.

Staff is awesome. Currently under renovation but staff goes out of the way to make sure guests are comfortable and not inconvenienced. Looking forward to seeing the new rooms. Will definitely stay here again

The room was in good shape. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They apparently had to drain/refill the pool, and they worked very hard to make sure the pool was usable again. Lots of *real* options at breakfast, not like some hotels that just give you a few prepackaged items and call that a "continental breakfast".

This place does not deserve the negative reviews. We didn't notice any smells people mentioned. it was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The area is fairly quiet and seems safe. Not a luxury five-star Suite but was everything we needed and price was fair especially for a holiday ! Might need a little maintenance here and there but it appears they were having work done.

Very inexpensive through booking service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Currently being switched over to a major chain so renovations are underway, but there was no inconvenience to guests. Issues for improvement: No hangers in room. No cups in room - nor an ice bucket. No outlets at desk (had to unplug a lamp under desk). Nothing to deduct points for - just some things to improve ... I would stay here again !!!
